Chad Pepin, Owner/General Manager
Chad started working in the boat industry for his family's boat dealership at an early age and has over 30 years of mechanical experience on all types of cars, heavy equipment, small engines and boats. He is a certified technician for Mercruiser and Volvo Penta with a specialty in diesel engines. He has a well-earned reputation as marine diesel mechanic in Vermont. Chad's pride of ownership is reflected in all of the work that Island Marine and his team provides.
Will Lestage, Technician/Asst. Manager
Will is a Vermont native and Chad and Cyndi's son in law. He has over 12 years experience as an aircraft, auto and boat mechanic. He is well versed in electronics and wiring and keeps the Island Marine shop up-to-date on the best practices for repairing and servicing newer engines. Will works on every aspect of business from fiberglass repair, rewiring to complete engine installs. In his off time he enjoys boating, hiking, snow shoeing, and any type of outdoor activity.
Cyndi Pepin, Owner/Office Manager
Cyndi is the voice you hear when you call Island Marine. She keeps track of client accounts, billing and scheduling. When not in the office, Cyndi is busy caring for her five springer spaniels, her three girls, her garden and her family.

Nat Mascena
Nathan Graduated from autobody tech school in 2006 and starting working with fiberglass that same year at corvette center in CT. He always had a passion for boats since he was a kid going out on his Grandpas boat to Quahog island off the shores of New Port, RI. After Working on Corvettes he branched out to boats and ended up working at Fiberglass plus as Ron Papineau as his mentor for 8 years. With his passion and the skills learned from Ron and over 11 years of fiberglass experience, his precision of fiberglass and gelcoat repairs are reflected in his work to make all his customers happy with the final product.
